Director of Major and Planned Gifts
Full Time/Twelve-month position

Job Purpose:
The Director of Major and Planned Gifts will successfully identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors with the potential to make outright gifts ranging from $10,000 to more than $1 million and/or deferred major gifts. The Director will manage the School’s gift planning program by proposing, structuring, and closing outright and deferred gifts of assets. The Director will function as a leader on the advancement team and will work regularly with the Head of Advancement, the Head of School, the administrative team, the Board of Directors and the Foundation Board of Trustees to coordinate major and planned gift initiatives and proposals.

Key requirements:

  • High school teaching experience, minimum of bachelor's degree / master's degree preferred.
  • Preference given to candidates willing to get involved in the school community by moderating clubs, coaching, etc.

History Substitute  – Long term maternity leave coverage

  • Five classes
  • Junior level - US History (thematic approach)
  • Senior level - US Government
  • Estimated start date - Aug 2017
  • Commitment to embrace the mission of St. Agnes Academy
  • Minimum of a four-year B.A./B.S. degree
  • Prior history teaching experience
  • Experience teaching in an independent school and/or an all-girls environment a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others

Substitute Support

During the school year we utilize our network of substitutes to cover our teachers during an absence. 

We are currently reviewing resumes specifically with experience in Math, Science and Spanish.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree
  • Completion of Virtus Training
  • Completion of a background check
  • Ability to substitute at a minimum of two full days per week (7:45 a.m. - 3:20 p.m.

Athletics Coaches

JV Soccer Coach

  • Part-time
  • Stipend only
  • Season begins October 2017
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Must have previous coaching and/or playing experience at the high school varsity level or higher.
  • Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, coaches, and students.

    Applicants must have Varsity level playing experience or higher. Previous coaching experience is a plus.
